Will I receive the same product as in the photos?
Yes! However some items are handmade and vary slightly from the photo (always mentioned in the description of the product)
Do your pillows come with insert or filling?
Most of our pillow covers are sold as covers only, there are a few exceptions to this, those will be noted in their individual listings
What if an item is damaged?

How should I care for the pillow covers?
To prolong the life of the tassels and fringe, turn the pillow covers inside out and hand washing is recommended. If you choose machine wash then put it in the laundry bag, Wash separately, be sure to choose a gentle wash mode with cold water, and hang on dry
How to return an order?
Currently, our products are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon. Please request Amazon for return and replacement and it will be resolved quickly
